2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Other technologies, such as the browser’s local storage or tracking pixels, work in a similar way – in this policy we call all of them “cookies”. Some are set by us and some by the providers of the tools we use.

3. When do we need your consent?

  • Essential cookies are needed for the website to work properly and securely. They do not require consent (Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI-CE and Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).

  • Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated after you give consent in the banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you do not consent, these tools stay switched off and the website works normally.

4. Which cookies do we use?

The periods below are the maximum storage periods stated by the providers. You can always see the current, complete list of services in the privacy settings – the icon in the bottom-left corner of the page.

Google, Meta and Microsoft may also process data in the United States. These companies take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has found an adequate level of data protection. Wix processes data in Israel among other places, a country also covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.

6. How to change or withdraw your consent

  • On your first visit you can accept all cookies, reject them or choose categories in the settings.

  • You can change your choice at any time – click the privacy settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

  • You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may make the website harder to use.

7. Your rights

You have the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the right to access, erase and object. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), or with the authority in your country of residence.
